More on thisHow a call goes
You call, and we take it from there
You do not need to know the right words or have anything ready. Tell us what has happened as best you can, and we will guide you through the next hour.
Call 0121 468 0000- We listen, and we attend. A specialist talks you through what to do and heads to you, usually the same day, anywhere across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
- We assess and make it safe. On arrival we risk assess the scene, set up a controlled work zone and protect the clean parts of the property.
- We decontaminate properly. We remove what cannot be saved, clean every affected surface with virucidal disinfectant, and treat odour at its source.
- We prove it is clean. We verify surfaces with ATP swabs, so the result is measurably clean rather than simply looking clean.
- We remove the waste correctly. Everything is bagged as clinical waste and disposed of under a consignment note, which we hand to you or your insurer.

Quiet, careful, trusted
Why you will not find a wall of testimonials here
The people we help are living through a bereavement, a crime or a crisis, and almost none of them want their name and their story on a cleaning company's website. We would rather protect their privacy than parade it.
You can still read and leave verified feedback through our Google Business Profile once it is live. Until then, judge us on the call: how we speak to you, and how clearly we explain what happens next.

Common questions
The things people ask us first
Can't see your question? Call us, there is nothing you can ask that we have not dealt with before.
Do the police clean up a crime scene?
No. West Midlands Police and the coroner investigate and release a scene, but neither cleans it. That responsibility falls to the owner, the family or the managing agent, which is where a specialist team like ours comes in.
How quickly can you reach me in Birmingham?
We answer the phone 24 hours a day and aim to reach most addresses across Birmingham and the West Midlands the same day, often within a few hours of your call.
Will my insurance cover the cost?
Many biohazard, trauma and flood cleans are covered by home, buildings or commercial insurance. We can deal with your insurer directly and provide the documentation and waste records they ask for.
Are your visits discreet?
Yes. We use unmarked vans and plain protective clothing, and we keep every job confidential. Discretion matters to the people we help, so it matters to us.
How much does biohazard cleaning cost?
It depends on the incident and how much material must be safely removed and disposed of. We assess and quote free of charge, put the figure in writing first, and can bill an insurer directly where cover applies.
